Mortgaged Vehicle — POA Cannot Override the Bank
A Vehicle POA does not override a registered mortgage or the financing bank's control. Where the transaction changes ownership, RTA requires the mortgage to be fully cleared. Do not extend that rule to every transfer: RTA currently permits transfer from Dubai to another emirate in the same owner's name with an eNOC from the financing bank. Confirm the exact RTA service, ownership outcome and lender requirement before using the POA.
