The notice is drafted and notarized by a UAE-licensed Notary Public, then delivered via a licensed Tableegh (notification) service — which physically serves it to the tenant and issues an official Proof of Delivery certificate. Notice Periods Required by Dubai Law
Registered Mail with a delivery confirmation slip. You must keep the proof of postage and delivery receipt. Valid only if the tenant actually receives and signs for the mail.
